PONY CLUB
The Pony Club is ‘the’ starting place for anyone with an interest in horses and riding, who wants to learn and have fun in a safe and caring environment. Membership is open to anyone from 6 to 25; from total novices to those with a little more experience, and with or without their own pony or horse.
Where, when and how..
Argyll Adventure is a Pony Club member centre. Every Saturday and Sunday morning we have pony club for children of all ages. You don't need to have your own horse or pony - you can use the centre's ponies and horses. If you are not a member of our pony club then you will need to attend a few private lessons to start so we can gauge which group will work best for you. You will then attend on a Saturday or Sunday depending on which group you been assigned.
A Pony Club morning consists of both ridden and non-ridden activities. Each morning is carefully structured around learning in a fun manner, so that every week you build on your knowledge and experience. Members have the opportunity to work towards nationally recognised certifications and achievement badges from The Pony Club. Members also have the opportunity to compete against each other in the many pony club gymkhana's we host throughout the year.
